| HIPODROMA DE TANDIL RACECOURSE |
| The Hipodromo de Tandil is a thoroughbred dirt racecourse situated in the city of Tandil, near to the capital Buenos Aries. Racing first began at the track in 1866. The course has a circumference of 2400 metres. |
In 1984 the course closed and lay abandoned, but in 2004 the course was taken over by the Municipal and they began the rebuilding process. It launched its first meeting on Sunday 5th March 2006 when the attendance was more than 35,000 people. |
